The BOSCARS is an awards evening providing an opportunity for the Forbes Business Community to be recognised in front of their peers. With a guest speaker, two course meal and music on offer, the night also provides an excellent opportunity for networking and promoting member benefits of the Business Chamber.

This Award recognises a small business that has attained significant growth and is able to demonstrate specific strategies and processes implemented to achieve sustainable growth in the previous 24 months.
Excellence in Business (for businesses employing 20 or more employees) ... WINNER: Powertools Plus
This Award recognises a business that has attained significant growth and is able to demonstrate specific strategies and processes implemented to achieve sustainable growth in the previous 24 months.
Employer of Choice ... WINNER: Flannery's Pharmacy
This Award recognises organisations that put in place strategies and initiatives to create stimulating and supportive workplace environments for their employees. These strategies or initiatives must have a positive impact on the organisation as a whole.
Apprentice or Trainee of the Year ... WINNER: Jessica Byrnes of HE Silos
This Award celebrates excellence in vocational education and training and acknowledges the opportunities created by employers. The award is open to all individuals who have completed an apprenticeship or traineeship in the previous 24 months.
Employee of the Year ... WINNER: Michelle Grace of Flannery's Pharmacy
This Award allows businesses to nominate an outstanding staff member for recognition amongst a wider audience. The award is presented to an individual in recognition and appreciation for exceptional job performance and distinguished contributions to their employment.
